Cancellation & Refund Policy

Quantinkam Fintech Pvt Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3–5 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has already been initiated.
  • Quantinkam does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables.
  • Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the delivered product was of poor quality.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 3–5 days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained after the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue.
  • If the received product is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must report it to our Customer Service within 3–5 days. Our team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
  • For products with a manufacturer's warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for complaints.
  • If a refund is approved by Quantinkam, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
