8. Anonymous Usage Data

We may collect non-identifiable, aggregate data from user interactions to analyze traffic patterns, improve the Platform, and monitor functionality.

9. Cookies

The Platform may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, although this may limit certain features or access.

10. Access and Accuracy

Users have the right to review and request corrections to the information they provide. Quantinkam is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data or user submissions.

We may contact you via email or notification to comply with legal obligations or share service-related updates.

12. Strategy and Password Handling

• User passwords are encrypted and not accessible to our team.
• We store user-created strategies only if the user chooses to save them. Strategies can be deleted permanently by the user.
• Trade test results (in simulation mode) are stored for 7 calendar days, after which they are permanently deleted.
• Deployed strategies (live or simulated) are stored for 7 days for debugging and then automatically deleted.

13. Stockbroker Credentials

• Quantinkam does not store your broker login credentials.
• You must log in manually to your stockbroker to execute live trades.
• API keys and setup data are erased once you disconnect your broker account.
• Access tokens are used temporarily during market hours without any human access or visibility.

14. Data Retention

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to deliver our services or as legally required. All temporary data is permanently deleted after the retention period ends.
